The Institute for Supply Management - Connecticut Inc. (ISM-CT), formerly the Connecticut Association of Purchasing Management, Inc (CAPM), is a progressive, not-for profit association that exists to educate, develop, and advance the supply management profession and its leadership role. We strive to establish and maintain standards of excellence on all matters affecting the purchasing and supply chain management professions in the State of Connecticut.
Led by an all volunteer Board of Directors and an Executive Director, we provide our fellow members educational resources, professional networking opportunities, and career management tools. Members of ISM-CT are recognized as world-class professionals.
In conjunction with our parent, The Institute for Supply Management TM (ISM) and our fellow affiliates, we serve as centers of excellence in establishing and maintaining best-in-class professional standards of competency and conduct for its members, and matters pertaining to research, education, and certification.
